Robin Hood blowing a hunting horn

An Unheroic History of Robin Hood

Did Robin Hood, or his archenemy the Sheriff of Nottingham, really exist? Would the medieval outlaw recognise himself in the modern adaptations of his deeds? Join us for this heritage talk as Kathryn Steenson from the University of Nottingham’s Manuscripts and Special Collections looks through the archives to tell the tale of Nottingham's most famous resident.
