Cancer Sciences at Nottingham

Take your first step in your career in tackling and researching cancer.

Our Cancer Sciences courses provide you with foundational knowledge and training in the biomedical sciences with a strong focus on cancer from day one. Equipping you with the tools to fight some of the UK's deadliest diseases. You'll study cell and molecular biology, immunology, human physiology, and much more.

You'll work with internationally recognised researchers and clinicians to help advance our understanding of cancer, its treatment and prevention, and the care of patients.

Find out more about your course

Choose to study either our three-year Cancer Sciences BSc or our four-year Cancer Sciences MSci. The integrated MSci course gives you a nine month placement in industry or in a research laboratory. This placement can be in the UK or abroad.
