Sport and Exercise Science at Nottingham
Study the science behind sport on our in-depth Sport and Exercise Science BSc.
We are one of the only Sport and Exercise Science degrees to have access to a well-equipped Medical School anatomy suite and use physical and virtual 3D modelling to aid your understanding of the anatomy.
Our small class sizes give you a more personal teaching experience and the opportunity to ask questions as you need.
Unlike most other Sport and Exercise courses in the country, our BSc course focuses heavily on the science, giving you the opportunity to study how the body functions during, and after sport and exercise in-depth. You'll work with high-tech equipment to study biomechanics, nutrition, sports medicine, psychology, physiology and anatomy.

This course sits within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences providing access to facilities including; anatomy suite new exercise physiology, psychology and human movement laboratories. Students also have access to the fully equipped David Ross Sports Village.
