Situation: has just been admitted from ED. She is 78 years old and is presumed to have sepsis, her BP is now unrecordable.
Background: Found collapsed at home, likely sepsis as WCC and CRP raised also pyrexic. Sepsis six started, she is on her second bag of Hartmanns.
Assessment: Obs (show chart to doctor)
Recommendation: Needs more fluids and catheterising. Further large bore venflon and a review by the reg for a central line and noradrenaline.
