By providing a comprehensive suite of facilities for building and testing materials and devices, our lab will enable researchers and developers to demonstrate the potential of new materials for energy.

Our aim

From thermoelectrics to photovoltaic energy storage devices, we will put technology through its paces to find alternative and novel solutions. We will move the science into first stage prototype – as well as provide a platform for the future development – of devices targeting the electrification of transport.
