Propulsion test facility

Our vision is for this to be one of the Beacon’s high impact facilities. 

To help us realise this vision, our senior technician is chairing a working group to design, set up, procure, build, integrate and commission the megawatt propulsion facility. 

We are also excited to collaborate with colleagues in the Faculty of Engineering to make our new facilty a sustainable asset for the University – and a crown jewel in the success of the Beacon.
