International Workshop on Computational Imaging and Optical Metrology, Shanghai

Rong Su was invited to give talk entitled “Information-optimised optical manufacturing metrology” at the International Workshop on Computational Imaging and Optical Metrology (CIOM), co-organised by Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and ZYGO Corporation took place on 11-12 July 2019 in Shanghai, China. The event brought together leading university scholars, institute leaders, practicing engineers and industry professionals to share advances in the interrelated fields of computational imaging and optical metrology, including instrumentation, applications and computational methods for advanced imaging systems.
