Richard is awarded the Finkelstein medal by Graham Machin

Thanks to Institiute of Measurement & Control for the Finkelstein Medal for promoting metrology internationally. Ceremony was at the Royal Institution in London and Ian Robinson (NPL) gave a great keynote on his work on the Kibble balance.
