Sofia receives the Haidenhain Scholarship during the 2019 EUSPEN conference
Congratulations to MMT team member Sofia Catalucci, who successfully defended her thesis to achieve her PhD on the 19th of April. Sofia's thesis was titled "Automated assessment of measurement performance in optical coordinate metrology" and she remains working in MMT, now contributing to the Midlands Centre for Data-Driven Metrology.
Our thanks to Sofia's assessors, Professor John McBride and Dr Xin Dong, and her supervisors, Professor Richard Leach and Dr Samanta Piano, for their contributions. Sofia would also like to extend thanks to Professor Nicola Senin for his support of her work.
