A PhD student trying her best in life ☺️. I obtained a fully funded international PhD studentship from UoN and EPSRC, where the project aims to valorise flower wastes into highly valuable chemicals and as starting materials for the fine chemical industries. The project aims to study the scale-up of lipase-catalysed production of esters and methylacrylates derived from flower wastes using continuous process intensified (PI) reactors. My previous bachelor and master's degree were also focused on the development of green fuel and value added products derived from a variety of biomass. My interests include biomass valorisation, sustainable energy production, reaction kinetics' optimisation and modelling.
