The NCARE group are holding workshops to present findings of an NIHR funded study investigating medicines management for patients who are seriously ill at home.
They will provide an opportunity to take part in multidisciplinary discussions about implications for practice and professional training and development.
We would value your input and welcome stakeholders from all disciplines.
We are also holding another workshop for 'Managing medicines at home' on Wednesday 26 June at LOROS Hospice in Leicester.
