Annual Social Outcomes Conference

Dr Aris Georgopoulos was invited to participate at the Annual Social Outcomes Conference organised by the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University (5-6 September 2019). Dr Georgopoulos chaired the session which explored the potential of impact bonds for improving governance, accountability, transparency and integrity in public services. He was also a panellist at the roundtable on  capacity development and professionalisation in public procurement.
