MIMAR conference

Colleagues from the Resilience Engineering Research Group are hosting the 12th International Conference on Modelling in Industrial Maintenance and Reliability (MIMAR) which will take place on Jubilee Campus at the University of Nottingham, from 4th-6th July 2023. MIMAR is the premier maintenance and reliability modelling conference in the UK. It is an excellent international forum for disseminating information on the state-of-the-art research, theories and practices in maintenance and reliability modelling and offers a platform for connecting researchers and practitioners from around the world.

The deadline for abstract submissions is 13th February 2023, further information on the conference, registration, and further deadlines for authors, please visit the conference site.

Awards

Dr Matteo Vagnoli has been awarded the IMechE SRG Donald Julius Groen Prize for the paper “A Bayesian Belief Network method for bridge deterioration detection”, published in the Proc IMechE, Part O: J Risk and Reliability 2021; 235(3): 338-355. https://doi.org/10.1177%2F1748006X20979225
