Current Research
My research interests include design, analysis, and manufacture of fibre-reinforced composites. I am currently working on in-process defect detection and process control for Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process.
Research interests:
- Design and manufacture of fibre-reinforced composites;
- 2D and 3D woven textile composites;
- Modelling and control of Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process.
Past Research
Past research includes (but not limited to):
- Modelling and optimisation of 3D woven reinforcements
- Mutli-scale modelling of aerospace structures (CleanSky2 MARQUESS project)
- Modelling defects in Automated Dry Fibre Placement layup
