Ambition Nottingham: post 16

Ambition is a free scheme aimed at students over the age of 16 who want to find out more about studying at university.

As part of Ambition Nottingham we have two streams of outreach activity:

Ambition Nottingham: Access

This is for mature students studying towards an Access to HE qualification, please only register for this programme if you are studying towards this.

Ambition Nottingham: 16-18

This is for 16-18 year old students who are studying towards a level 3 qualification such as A Levels, BTec, IB. 

The activities of each programme support progression and application to a university of your choice.

Examples of past activities:

  • Subject taster events                                               
  • University application masterclasses
  • Student life sessions

Is it for you?

This programme is designed to provide you with more information about university and knowledge into particular subject areas.

We are will also develop your skills and knowledge providing you with further information about the UCAS process and helping you to apply.
