Webinars

We are pleased to offer a number of interactive webinars for students.

Delivered by our outreach team

We are delighted to offer a programme of subject-specific webinars with the aim of supporting and advising students who are planning to apply to a course within that subject area.

The sessions will introduce students to the application process for each subject, offer an insight into the course content at the University of Nottingham and give students the opportunity to ask questions.

Planned Webinars for Students:

Applying to Engineering Webinar (with Q&A) - Thursday 9 December 18:00-19:00. This webinar is aimed at Year 12 students.

Delivered by academics (in collaboration with Channel Talent)

In collaboration with Channel Talent, we are also offering webinars for students who have a particular interest in a specific subject area.

Each webinar will last approximately 45 minutes to one hour, the sessions take part during the school day and be scheduled to fit in with your timetable. All of the sessions link to the school curriculum or introduce your students to a new subject area.

The webinar is designed to be as interactive as possible, allowing students to understand a subject area in more detail, providing them the opportunity to ask questions and interact with an academic.

The webinar is conducted over online meeting software. We will work with you to ensure you have everything you need for the session to run smoothly on the day.

Please visit Channel Talent for further information about the webinar service that they provide for schools and colleges and to book onto sessions.
