Research Summary

The interface between ultracold atoms and condensed matter systems, in particular the quantum behaviour of atomic Bose-Einstein condensates near semiconductor surfaces and trapped in atom chips

Nonlinear and collective dynamics of electrons in nanostructures, most recently the interplay between dynamical chaos and the THz characteristics of semiconductor superlattices
