New Staff/PGR/Associate staff

A small number of new staff, PGR, and Associate staff are experiencing difficulty setting up email on their mobile or desktop applications with the instructions below. This issue will be resolved by the end of October 2016.

If you are experiencing issues setting up email, please contact the IT Service Desk, Campus IT Suppport or visit your local Smart Bar.

Staff should primarily access their email account from a Windows-based computer using Microsoft Outlook but can also use Outlook Web Access via a web browser.

To access items which have been archived, the Enterprise Vault Client Tools must also be installed.
