All requests for new staff telephones are deployed as IP handsets.
There are currently three options of telephones available, including a dedicated audio conference device.
One live data socket is required for a Standard or Enhanced IP headset.
Contact the IT Service Desk for further information about IP handsets, to order a handset or change an existing device.
Voicemail - desktop/fixed telephones
University voicemail offers a personalised messaging service which allows users to leave individual greetings and receive voice messages in their mailbox.
This is a subscription based service that costs £1 per month, charged alongside the line rental of your phone.
Voicemail can be requested from the IT Service Desk.
