Current Research

the current research funded by the Cancer Research UK, Pancreatic Cancer Fund and Lewis Charitable trust is aimed at generating direct killing antibodies against tumour glycolipids aberrantly expressed by tumours. These antibodies have unique capability in causing cell killing by unknown mechanisms. The aim is to characterise these antibodies and their targets and establish the role of the antigens in cell killing.
