Research led by colleagues at the CEBD is highlighted in the latest NIHR eczema in children update. This Collection brings together major research on the prevention and treatment of eczema, allowing commissioners, healthcare professionals and families of children with eczema to focus on what is effective. The Collection also explores the support children and their families need to understand and self-manage their eczema effectively, as well as details of ongoing research.
All of the studies have been funded through the National Institute for Health and Social Care Research (NIHR) and many pick up on priority areas that were identified through our James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnership.
This Collection celebrates a successful and long-standing partnership between the Universities of Nottingham, Bristol and Southampton through the NIHR School of Primary Care Research.
