Employers accessing the University of Nottingham’s Degree Apprenticeship programmes are invited to join the university’s Academic Lead for Safeguarding, Dr Charley Baker, for an hour long training session covering the university’s safeguarding policy and processes.
Webinar content includes:
- what safeguarding is
- safeguarding risks for apprentices and how these may present
- what action you should take if you become aware of safeguarding concerns involving or affecting apprentices
- where to get further advice & guidance

This webinar is available to any member of staff within our partnering businesses accessing one of our degree apprenticeship programmes. To ensure the session is logged and employees accessing the webinar are properly supported please ensure that each person accessing the webinar completes a separate sign up form.
