Engagement with staff and stakeholders is critical in producing a strategy that both reflects and drives the work of us all at the University - and that engagement with University staff starts at the very beginning.
During November 2018 University Executive Board members hosted the 21st Century University workshop sessions for faculty and professional, operational and technical services staff in the UK and overseas to generate ideas that will form the building blocks of our new University strategy.
More than 3,500 comments and ideas were submitted and we are grateful to every colleague who took the time to make their views known. Advance HE workshop facilitator, Alistair Work, has published this summary report.
