Professor Lorraine Elliott, from the Australian National University and Highfield Fellow at The University of Nottingham, will present to the Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies and the Nottingham International Law and Security Centre on 'Human security in the Asia Pacific: protection, empowerment and questions of scale'.
