For the latest instalment, Director of University of Nottingham Asia Research Institute (UoNARI) Carole Spary interviews Chester Yacub, a PhD researcher at the University of Nottingham. Carole speaks with Chester about a new project he is involved in alongside UoNARI's Dr Pauline Eadie, which assess the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on women and girls in the Philippines.
'Resilience, Rights and Equity During Covid-19' is the working title of this research project - and has been given a pilot project grant by the university's ESRC Impact Acceleration as part of its funding.
