Description

In the past few weeks, the unthinkable has become reality, resilience has become a currency and reliance on digital infrastructure (e.g. the internet) less luxury than an indispensable utility.

While the human consequences of this catastrophe unfold across world borders, the business community must reimagine the economic, leadership and organisational landscape of a new ‘business as usual’.

To support businesses during these unprecedented times we would like to invite you to a free business leadership webinar hosted by Dr Theresa Simpkin. Join Terri Simpkin as she examines emerging thinking on how leaders might begin to pilot a way forward while responding to immediate, unpredictable and possibly transformative business circumstances.

Highlighting McKinsey’s ‘5Rs’ or stages toward the new normal; resolve, resilience, return, re-imagination and reform we’ll discuss how leaders can leverage capability, learning and insight from the past and reimagine it for a post-pandemic epoch.

About the speaker

Terri Simpkin is the new Programme Director for the Executive MBA Senior Leadership Degree Apprenticeship at Nottingham University Business School.

She brings a wealth of academic and industry knowledge and is currently invested in examining emerging managerial and leadership paradigms for the fourth industrial age, contemporary inclusion practices and the impostor phenomenon.  This work has a focus on inclusion, productivity, psychological health and the minimisation of implicit bias in organisational and social structures.

Who should attend?

Suitable for those working in leadership roles, managing people and processes through the current pandemic and beyond. It will also provide useful insight for HR, L&D and talent management professionals with responsibility for developing management capabilities within their organisation.

The content will be focusing on the UK business landscape but will be applicable to all sectors and business sizes.
