Supporting Macroprudential Research at the IMF

CFCM Fellow Margarita Rubio is taking part in an IMF project on "Macroprudential Policies in Low-Income Countries." She will be in charge of building a DSGE model which is suitable to give policy guidance in low income countries. This new project with the IMF constitutes a new milestone in this wide range of interactions with international policy institutions that extends her previous work with macroprudential policies in DSGE models in collaboration with central banks such as the Bank of Spain, the Central Bank of Luxembourg, the Bank of Costa Rica, the National Bank of Poland and the Bank of Lithuania.
