Conversation between student and chaplaincy staff

Introduction

Chaplains are here to support all students and staff of any faith or none.

They help people practice their faith and engage with faith communities. They also offer general pastoral support to anyone who needs a listening ear or someone to talk things through with.

Further information about how we can support your academic studies can be found by following the links on the right.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The current situation may well raise some big questions about purpose and meaning in life, as well as responding to grief and bereavement, and the chaplains are a good place to turn to for this.

Appointments

We are working within the current Government and University guidance in relation to Covid-19. Oasis and the chaplaincy offices are closed to walk-ins but we are able to offer telephone, online, and, where appropriate, in-person support by appointment.

Prayer rooms

The prayer room facilities on all of our campuses will be closed for the duration of the second national lockdown. If you need any advice or guidance around this restriction please contact us.
