Taster Day

Description: The School of Computer Science will be welcoming a group of year 12 and 13’s from a local school and college to experience life at Computer Science. The event which will run from 10am to 4pm will consist of an interactive session in programming, a tour of the department, a talk from an IBM representative on why Computer Science matters to industry, and finally a question and answer session with both academics and students on Life in Computer Science!
