Registration

At least one of the authors of each accepted contribution must register for the conference by the 5th Sep 2020 to be included in the conference proceedings. Each paper requires at least one registration.

Please note that one registration can only be associated with one paper. This is to ensure that at least one of the presenting authors will be registered to attend the conference and deliver the oral (Full Paper) or poster session. Papers that do not have an individual registered presenter will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Take into consideration that the Microsoft Teams platform will make everyone’s email visible to all attendees when joining the conference. We recommend you using a work related email rather than a personal account for privacy purposes.

COVID-19 UPDATE: TAROS 2020 CONFERENCE WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE

For the safety of our community, we have decided to hold TAROS 2020 as a virtual conference, taking place on September 16 on Microsoft Teams. Even though we cannot meet in person, our goal is to still provide researchers from the United Kingdom and abroad with opportunities to engage and discuss cutting-edge robotics technologies.

All the research papers will be presented with videos supplied by the authors (3 to 5 minutes for Short Papers, and 10 to 12 minutes for Regular Papers).  Keynotes and presentations will be followed by live Q&A sessions with the speakers.

The registration fee is waived for the online conference. However, papers that do not have any registered author and that are not presented will not be included in the conference proceedings.
