Breathe Here Now (Outdoors): Thursday 20 December 2018, 10.45am - 12pm
In these workshops we will use our sensory awareness of nature to support our wellbeing.
Participants will be supported to explore the campus and to be curious about how our environment can support our sense of well-being and manage symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.
You can attend one or more workshops.
