Everyday Mindfulness: Monday 11 March 2019, 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Mindfulness is about ‘paying attention on purpose in a kindly non-judgemental way’. Studies have shown that regularly practising Mindfulness can be helpful if you tend to worry a lot about the future or find it hard to let go of situations once they have passed.

This is a rolling fortnightly programme of gentle exercises which will be done in an upright position. No special equipment is needed.
