The University Counselling Service

Time and Space to Grieve: Friday 15 May 2020, 11.00am to 12.00pm

For so many of us, the death and loss of those we love and who were close to us (family friends, colleagues and neighbours) during the Covid-19 pandemic has been a great shock. Death of our loved ones has often happened abruptly and we may not have had time or a chance to say goodbye in the usual or traditional way through a funeral, give and have the support of others who knew the person who has sadly passed away, or acknowledge our feelings and thoughts.

Starting on Friday 15th May The University Counselling Service offers students and staff in our community two bereavement and loss support group sessions each week. These groups aim to offer live online, facilitated time and space to grieve our losses and bereavement in a supportive environment.

NOTE - this workshop will be carried out online and the details of how to access the workshop will be sent to you shortly after you register.

Please register with your university email address, do not use a personal email address.
