Get involved in Sustainability Week 2020

Thursday, 27 February 2020
The University is once again celebrating Sustainability Week – and there are a number of exciting events to mark the occasion.

Nottingham is a great place to learn about sustainable lifestyles. With its zero waste shops, green energy tariffs, excellent public transport network, and abundance of cycle paths and schemes, there are loads of ways to limit your environmental impact.

UoN is proud to be part of such a socially conscious city, and this is why we’re excited to present Sustainability Week from Monday 2 – Sunday 8 March. Sustainability Week will features activities and events across all of our UK campuses to encourage staff and students to engage with environmental and social issues. We want to empower you to make positive change.

This year, events will be hosted by the Environment and Social Justice Network, and to help in their ambition to make 2020’s week even bigger and better, the Sustainability Team will be putting on additional events that everyone can get involved in.
