Come along to explore a variety of global work experience opportunities, including internships, volunteering, and placement programmes, to help you gain relevant UK work experience.

This event takes place on Wednesday 22 October, 1 - 4pm in the Engineering and Science Learning Centre (ESLC), University Park.

The Careers team will offer advice on how to search for work experience opportunities and on the range of routes open to you to build your professional skills.

You will also gain a better understanding of what employers are looking for in graduates and how to improve your UK CV.

What to expect from the showcase

• Speak to staff from the Careers team, the Visa and Immigration Team, Student Circus and more
• Attend workshops on how to navigate searching, applying for and maximising the benefits of various types of work experience
• Check out the CV corner with access to CareerSet, an AI tool, and book a CV review appointment and your place on a future workshop
