Instead of using the ‘UoN Username’ profile, you will log in using our new ‘UoN email’ profile and multi-factor authentication (MFA). This means:

• You'll be able to use the app to access services through other UoN webpages without being prompted to sign in again
• MFA will add an extra layer of protection for financial and personal data like MealPass, timetables and emails.

How will I log in?

Once the work has been completed, you should follow the below steps:

1. Click on the ‘UoN email’ profile choice
2. Log in using your university email address
   1. Undergraduate and postgraduate taught students should use the format: username@nottingham.ac.uk
   2. Postgraduate research students should use the format: firstname.surname@nottingham.ac.uk
3. Enter your university password
4. Complete MFA
