Applications are now open for the Research Discovery Internship Programme taking place this summer.
This programme is designed to give budding researchers the opportunity to gain hands-on research experience.
Those in their penultimate year of study in any discipline are eligible, and applications from Black British undergraduate students are encouraged. We also take into account other protected characteristics and socio-economic status when shortlisting applicants. All the eligibility criteria can be found on our SharePoint site.
Research Discovery Interns will work full time (36.25 hours) on a 6-week internship research project between Monday 8 June and Friday 17 July with a stipend paid at National Living Wage (£12.71 per hour).
As an intern, you will be based within a research team and will work closely with an academic supervisor and members of their team including postdoctoral researchers, research technicians and PhD students.
The deadline for applications is midnight on Monday 6 April.
