On Monday 24 November, we invited you to a Q&A with President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Jane Norman. This was an opportunity for you to talk to the Vice-Chancellor about course suspensions and the proposals for change at the University of Nottingham.

The event was well attended with lots of thoughtful questions and concerns posed to Jane. Of overwhelming evidence was just how much the University of Nottingham and our vibrant community of academics, researchers and students means to you, and how passionate you are about your studies.

Your feedback and concerns have all been recorded and shared with the team working on Future Nottingham proposals. They will be considered alongside all the other feedback received as we proceed with engagement before a final business case is submitted to Council in March 2026. In the meantime, there will be plenty of further opportunities to share your thoughts.
