The university's hopper bus services will cease to operate over the winter break, with most running their last service on Friday 18 December.
The nature of these changes is as follows:
904 - Royal Derby Hospital Centre service
Last service: Friday 18 December
Reinstated: Monday 4 January
903 - UP - City service (previously the Jubilee service)
Last service: Friday 18 December
Reinstated: Monday 4 January.
901 - University Park - Sutton Bonington (including Kegworth)
Last service: Sunday 20 December
Reinstated: Monday 4 January
Students remaining on Sutton Bonington Campus or in the surrounding area are able to use the service hub in the East Midlands Conference Centre on University Park. The hub will offer a study space and area to purchase snacks from Saturday 19 December throughout the winter break.
If you would like to utilise this space, a free-of-charge taxi service can be arranged by contacting The Orchard Hotel on 0115 876 0900.
Public transport, including local buses, trams and the Skylink, will continue to run over the winter break.
