Wellbeing services are still on hand throughout the summer months.

We know the summer period can be difficult for some students, but that you may also feel more comfortable seeking support when others are away from the university.

Support over summer

Our wellbeing staff will continue working on campus during the summer months, and are able to help you with any general support you might need, including referrals to our Counselling service.

The team offer in-person or virtual appointments Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, and you can book an appointment through StudentLife.

Our Report & Support team are also available to support you if you have experienced a significant incident, wherever and whenever this happened.

We know talking to someone can often feel like a big step. To help reassure you, we have developed a guide about our meetings, which we’ll also send out prior to an appointment.

Drop-in sessions in June

You can also come along to a drop-in session with the Report and Support team, for a chat and to find out more about the support available and/or options for reporting.

Drop-in sessions are being held at the Wellbeing Hub, C Floor, Portland Building (next to Student’s Union Advice) on Tuesday 10 and Tuesday 17 June from 12-3pm.

Please note only pre-arranged appointments are available outside of these dates and times.
