Biography

Sarah Davidson is a Fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She has spent a significant period in the construction industry working for both consultant organisations and contracting bodies. More recently Sarah has focussed on construction cost data modelling and analysis coupled with industry performance analysis.

Sarah has also been working with industry bodies and clients to embed building information modelling and the principles of the UK BIM Framework ( BIM Level 2) into business as usual. Sarah has been a frequent speaker at RICS events and is a member of the nima Facilitation Team who are engaged in the development and adoption of the standards and guidance within the UK BIM Framework. Sarah's particular areas of interest are around data security, data classification for beneficial flow and application and collaborative/co-operative team working.

Sarah is a part of the Architecture, Culture and Tectonics (ACT) Research Group
