My week

Steve usually has quite a busy week.

For Christmas he had a digital camera, and we’ve begun to put together a photoletter for his parents to show the different things Steve has done.

Monday he likes to go into town, especially as it’s quiet.

Tuesdays Steve attends a local gym. He’s tried a variety of different things and particularly likes the Jacuzzi and the treadmills.

Wednesday is Steve’s day at home. He has routine jobs to complete with support surrounding his own room. It’s also his night to help prepare dinner for his housemates. Steve makes a mean curry!

Thursday and Friday Steve attends a local pop-in centre for people who have learning disability. Here he gets the chance to meet up with old school friends, take part in social skills sessions and he’s learning to use the computer.
