Hi this is Florence, she's 74. She's had a bit of a fall at home today, been found by her neighbour said there was a bit of a strong smell of urine. She's alert and orientated, in terms of her observations, her respiratory rate's 18, saturation's 96% on air, Blood Pressure 126/84, pulse 88, temperature 37.5 degrees, NEWS2 score is zero. She lives alone, she's mobile and independent. She's got a daughter who we've given her a ring and she's on her way in, Okay.

Nurse:

Paramedic:

Bye Florence, hope you feel better soon, take care.

Florence:

Bye bye, thank you for looking after me, bye bye.
