Guest speaker: Glenn Crocker D Phil, ACA

This seminar is the third in our 2014 Special Seminar Series focussing on technology entrepreneurship.

Drawing on over 20 years’ experience of working in and commentating on the life sciences sector both within and outside the south east, Dr Glenn Crocker will look at what is happening across the UK with entrepreneurial technology businesses and consider some of the key ingredients needed to build a strong technology business base and whether these are being, or can be, developed outside of the south east of England.

Glenn Crocker is Chief Executive of BioCity Nottingham, one of Europe’s largest biotechnology incubators. The company helps create and develop biotech and pharmaceutical businesses and provides them with laboratory space in an overall supportive business environment.
