Sign up to a range of health and wellbeing activities offered throughout May, including:
- a range of fitness sessions
- mindfulness classes
- breakfast clubs
- All staff welcome.
These events are free for UoN Sport and Fitness members and £2 for non-members.
All proceeds will be donated to mental health charity Mind.
