Dr Natalie Hodgson writes for The Conversation: The obstacles that could still stop flights to Rwanda from taking off

Following her previous article on the Rwanda Deportation Plan, Dr Natalie Hodgson, Assistant Professor in Law and Head of the HRLC's Forced Migration Unit, has again published an article with The Conversation, this time highlighting the obstacles that still remain to the UK government's plan to to send asylum seekers to Rwanda.

Following the recent passage of the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Act, Dr Hodgson explores the logistical and legal complexities faced by the government before the Rwanda Plan can be enacted, including the possible legal challenges that they will face from individual asylum seekers.
