Join leading academics and lawyers for a one-day conference at the University of Nottingham on Friday 30 June, exploring the new UK public procurement legislation and what it will mean in practice.

Following Brexit, the UK Government is transforming how public procurement is regulated. The Procurement Act is imminent, with implementing Regulations to follow for 2024. Procurement professionals must begin preparations now.

On Friday 30th June 2023, the University of Nottingham's Executive Programme in Public Procurement Law & Policy will host a one-day Continuing Professional Development training event which will explore key aspects of the new regime.

Attendees will benefit from unique insights from leading academics and practising lawyers advising and researching on UK developments. The event will comprise structured sessions with supporting materials and is open to all – no prior legal experience is required.

This CPD event coincides with the introduction of a new bespoke UK module on the Executive Programme for 2023/24, the only one of its kind to provide comprehensive coverage of the new regime. We expect high demand so book now to guarantee a place at the event. Come join us to get ahead!
