Professor Estelle Derclaye delivered a keynote speech at the School of Law, University of Exeter, as part of the New IP Lawyers annual conference on Tuesday 17 April.

This year’s conference was entitled, 'Intellectual Property in transitions – (Re)imagining intellectual property'.

Estelle spoke about the report she recently co-wrote for the European Commission (DG Connect) reviewing the database directive.

Her keynote was entitled, 'Is the database directive still fit for purpose in the age of the Internet of Things'.
