Professor Milanovic trains government officials on the rules of international law in cyberspace

Together with colleagues from Cyber Law International, Liis Vihul and Professor Michael Schmitt, Professor Marko Milanovic has participated in a major cyber law capacity-building program for government officials around the world.

Last month Professor Milanovic taught at a series of courses in Mexico and Panama, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and the Organization of American States, for government officials from almost 20 countries of Central and South America. Earlier courses in the same series took place in Colombia and Singapore, with Professor Milanovic leading seminars on non-intervention, state responsibility, and human rights in cyberspace.
