Security Interests under the Cape Town Convention

Security Interests under the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment by Assistant Professor Sanam Saidova has just been published by Hart Publishing.

The book provides an extensive analytical examination of the Convention and its Protocols. The aim of the Convention is to facilitate asset-based financing and leasing of aircraft, railway and space objects by establishing a uniform legal regime governing security and other international interests in these types of equipment.

The book provides a detailed treatment of the issues of creation, registration, priority and enforcement of security and other international interests arising under the Convention.
